Job Description
Lead the development and implementation of integrated communication strategies in support of Field Communications strategic priorities and client business objectives. Communication strategies primarily encompass field communications, but may extend to employee, external (public and media relations).
Develop and employ print and electronic media solutions that inform, educate, and influence the primary field audiences, as well as a range of target audiences which may include the company’s clients, prospects, key influencers, employees and other stakeholders.
Work under the guidance of, and in collaboration with, the assistant director of field communications and/or the client relationship manager to provide communications counsel, planning and implementation to a range of internal clients, including senior management, department heads, division leaders and project leaders.
Engages with and guides communications teams from throughout the enterprise to educate them on field communication best practices and to collaborate on project execution. Successful execution of communication strategies to achieve client business objectives and support operating priorities.
