Edelman, which bills itself as the world’s largest public relations firm, is searching for an interactive art director, according to an ad I saw thanks to Indeed.com.
“The ideal candidate fills in the gaps between graphic design and user interaction, demonstrating expertise in a variety of digital design and interface approaches for web, social and mobile platforms.
“Applicants must reside in the Chicago area to allow them to attend project meetings, participate in person on brainstorms and work partially on-site,” the ad states.
Edelman is well-known in the world of public relations; many of its alum are spread throughout the profession at other firms and at firms they’ve gone on to start themselves. I wrote extensively about them during my days as Midwest Bureau Chief for PRWeek magazine.
Good luck and Always Be Jon Hunting.
